3D Laser Machining

The 5-Axis laser systems allows us to think outside the box. We can add holes or cutout features to a welded assembly and eliminate expensive machining/milling operations. Rentiel combines drilling, cutting and welding into 3D components for a variety of aerospace and medical applications.

Rentiel enjoy the high quality, easy programming and system ability to cut, dril and weld with minimal adjustments to the machine. This also allows our operators to minimize investment cost while maintaining maximum flexibility. Our Low to High volume production capabilities benefit our customers from fast processing speeds of prototypes, pre-production and production runs.
